I had one too many wine gums (from ikea) :/ licorice be gone! please try their ginger thins though, they're awesome.

that was the sports trip I had with stnicks back in sec four, and it's a pretty accurate summary of the one I just came back from, minus the part about the leeches. everything was terribly familiar, from the multi-purpose hall, to the never-ending fly swatting, to the water activities (and a mountain climb!), and the constant feeling of wanting to hitch a ride out of there pronto.
but I'm home and now that the trip's over, I'm kinda missing camp life (not the physical conditions, obviously). it's more of how you don't feel as if you're compelled to do this, do that. it's good to know you can count on your friends to get you through the worst situations ever :)

First ever working experience, my last for a long time (hopefully). wasn't that bad, worked half the original time and although that also means half the pay, its all good, didn't think I could do 10 hours of stock-taking anyway :)
monday evening/night was a mad rush to cut the music, rehearse and do I&R; oral presentation the next day wasn't too bad, even with the weird staring teacher and the best thing is- NO MORE PW! fabbbb.
history students are seriously the saddest. we don't have texts but our readings more than make up for that :/
now, I don't really like all this influencing going on, it's not very pleasant. snap out of it please.
it's true- anticipation's the best part of anything.

I like meeting old friends, yesterday, for the first time in 4 (?) years, I visited Jiawei, we watched The Banquet with Rachel miss-6-pages-long and agreed that it was a cool but nowayinhellarewerewatchingit show.
